Coins and Bears Colorized State Quarter graphics are designed in-house by our own graphic design department. The colorization of the un-circulated, US Minted designs are carefully thought out with the final design being chosen after several different color combinations are considered.  After the color scheme has been selected, plates are made and samples are printed in four color process.  If the image on the samples is not up to expectations, changes are made in the necessary plates and new samples are produced.  This process continues until the optimum image is achieved.
